NANNY POSITION OF THE MOMENT
We require a mature & experienced nanny with at least 5 years experience, for 1 child 12 mths old for a position overseas. Nanny must be interested in child development and have a genuine love of children. Childcare duties only as other staff are employed. Nanny must be flexible, organized and capable of working with other staff within a busy, happy work environment.

Qualifications & Conditions

Local & Overseas
Caring and nurturing children is one of the rewarding experiences anyone can have. You need to be understanding and empathic while at the same time maintain your authority. In order to be a nanny, you have to be organized, creative, understanding, patient, reliable and levelheaded.

For registration for local and overseas employment, clarification of references including childcare and character and other work related employment is necessary.

Although qualifications in Nursing, Teaching and Nannying undoubtedly enhance job opportunities, experience in the field is never underestimated. Our agency welcomes all applicants who have a sound interest in children verified by references of previous employers.
Some overseas countries have specific educational criteria and we are happy to help with individual queries.

As a childcare provider you must be prepared to abide by the rules set the family, i.e. behavior management of the children, use of the telephone and facilities within the home, daytime and overnight visitors, and smoking.

In all nanny placements, the work responsibilities, the net and gross salary should be mutually agreed on before the nanny commences employment.At all times The Australian Nanny & Au Pair Connection shall participate in the role of negotiating fair and reasonable conditions.

Overseas Placement Fees

Nannies who are selected through our corporate sector are not charged a program fee but nannies going through our International Associates to the USA, United Kingdom or Europe are charged a program fee.These fees are based on minimal cost recovery and generally only cover basic insurance, bond fees and add-on airfare costs.
These fees vary slightly from country. Please ask for more details.
